Dr. Paris Prestridge, ND graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Bachelor degree in Holistic Health. While attending UH, she studied traditional Hawaiian medicine for three years while fulfilling her premedical requirements for naturopathic medical school. Dr. Prestridge graduated from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ with her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine in 2013.
A primary goal of Dr. Prestridge’s practice is to empower patients to create optimal health. She has a passion for botanical medicine and treatments that allow the body to heal itself, also known as “nature cure.” In her work with patients, she upholds a core principle of naturopathic medicine—that removing obstacles to cure supports the body’s innate ability to restore its natural state of balance and well-being.
Dr. Prestridge is qualified to treat a wide variety of disorders, from acute colds to chronic conditions such as high cholesterol and diabetes. Her areas of expertise include women’s health, family medicine, nutritional counseling, and intravenous nutrient infusions. Dr. Prestridge is also certified in Mercier therapy, a pelvic visceral manipulation technique beneficial in the treatment of numerous female conditions, including fertility, PCOS, uterine prolapse, and endometriosis.
